Licensing
In year one, TRI will host the highly-secure TRI-CEP application on its SQL server. The basic license for one court or program with up to five evaluators is $30,000, with discounts for use within multiple courts. This allows us to further refine and customize the application throughout the year to best meet local evaluation and clinical needs. The license and service package includes:
• basic customization of the system for your local
jurisdiction;
• web-based user training;
• ongoing technical support;
• database management;
• real-time generation of individual and descriptive comparison
and summary reports;
• automatic software updates and enhancements;
• TRI maintenance of a secure program or jurisdiction TRI-CEP website;
and
• access to an on-line help desk.
After the first year, the system may be migrated to a local server or hosted by TRI, with customer support at a reduced price.
