“As presiding judge of the drug diversion program for the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas, I have had the pleasure of collaborating with TRI for nearly a decade to improve the effectiveness of the drug court model. We have been using TRI-CEP for over two years and it has proven to be extremely useful to our program by ensuring that all essential information regarding our clients’ progress is reliably collected. The TRI-CEP system has allowed us to easily evaluate the effectiveness of our program as well as individual client progress in real time. The system also generates many useful administrative reports as well as written and graphic progress summaries that can be used in treatment and during actual court hearings. In summary, we believe TRI-CEP is a user-friendly, state-of-the-art system that would undoubtedly benefit any problem solving court.” Judge Jay James “TRI is a leader in the field of substance abuse
assessment, translating research into tools for optimally managing drug
involved offenders. We chose to collaborate with TRI on our current BJA-funded
project so that we can ensure implementation and maintenance of an effective
drug court partnering with TRI and using the state-of-the art tools they
have developed, TRI-CEP and RANT”.
