| TRI-CEP™: Fostering Accountability and Rational Client Management The TRI Court Evaluation Program (TRI-CEP™) is a performance monitoring and reporting system for Drug and DWI Courts that captures critical performance indicators endorsed by the National Drug Court Institute. TRI-CEP also facilitates collaborative management of offenders by judges, treatment personnel, case managers, and probation/parole officials by generating immediate and actionable client progress data, with adaptive recommendations. The intuitive and web-based TRI-CEP uses entry screens designed like weekly planners, affording quick and easy - but highly secure – entry and verification of data essential to documenting the performance of a Drug or DWI Court, instituting data-driven improvement measures, and concurrently monitoring client progress. Reports generated by TRI-CEP are simple to interpret and actionable. Aggregate reports provide the data for annual program evaluations. Individual client reports alert judges and other stakeholders to compliance and/or treatment setbacks or successes. The alerts are accompanied by recommendations for increasing or decreasing criminal justice supervision or treatment-related services – bringing stability and a sense of fairness to the process of managing diverted drug and alcohol offenders. |
